The “Charmed Life” Remix Competition, presented by Native Instruments and SoundCloud, is now officially underway and will end on October 31st at 11:59pm ET. The stems for "Charmed Life" can be downloaded directly from the contest page and remixes must be submitted using the SoundCloud DropBox. rjd2 and Aaron Livingston will hand select the contest's grand prize winner, who will receive one MASCHINE MIKRO and one KOMPLETE 8, courtesy of Native Instruments, along with a SoundCloud Premium Pro account for one year.

To kick off the remix festivities, Icebird is excited to present the brand new "Charmed Life (Candy Panther Remix)" with Some Kind Of Awesome. The track pulls from the original's mesmerizing melody, but rather than being driven by the piano keys of the album version, the remix layers a mix of washed, warbled synths and jumpy percussion that offers a more subdued take on the song, while maintaining the funky elements that have made the single a fan-favorite.
